Group interview

It is an interesting group interview, given me some inspirations:

1st part - to know the candidate

(1) Use one product of xxxx to describe yourself

(2) Why do your friend become your 'buddy'? / what kind of character attract your 'buddy' friend

2nd part - 

Introduce the company and image : simplicity & lifestyle

3rd part -

brief the job 

(1) job requirements

(2) difficulties

(3) career path

(4) general HR policies

The advantages of this kind of interview are:

You can interview 12 candidates within an hour

It is a time saving strategy

Promote / sell your company image

The disadvantage:

Just get a brief impression of each candidate

Solution:

to conduct 2nd interview for shortlisted candidates

Group interview is a good interview strategy for retails business, because you can scan shy and introvert candidates easily which are definitely unsuitable to be sales / customer services area. 

 Then keep the outgoing and extrovert one on the list.
